FACES OF COURAGE BENEFIT RIDE AND
ILLUMINATED NIGHT PARADE
Friday, September 10th
Purpose: To benefit
children and families touched by cancer
Faces of Courage is a non-profit organization benefiting
cancer survivors by providing 'good time' camps - couple
hour camps, day camps, overnight camps and week camps.
The Ybor City Bike Fest of Tampa Bay is thrilled to
welcome the Faces of Courage Ride & Illuminated Night
Parade on Friday, September 10, 2004. The Faces of
Courage Ride registration is at Bike Fest beginning at
4pm Friday, September 10th. The ride and parade depart
from the Florida State Fairgrounds at 9pm, taking their
illuminated ride and parade to Ybor City to the Cuban
Club. Registrations now available - call 813.248.0721.
Registration is only $15/single rider and $25/two
riders. The first 100 registrants will receive
illuminated props!
102.5 - THE BONE SATURDAY NIGHT RIDE

Motorcycle enthusiasts
love to ride and the Ybor City Bike Fest of Tampa Bay
does not disappoint! Join Baretta of 102.5 FM - The Bone
and Miss Ybor City Bike Fest 2004 as they depart the
Florida State Fairgrounds and head to Historic Ybor City
on Saturday, September 11th at 9pm. Ride is FREE - don't
miss out on the fun!
STREET CLOSURE INFORMATION, PLEASE NOTE:
The Ybor City Bike Fest of Tampa Bay and the City of
Tampa has organized the closure of 7th Avenue beginning
at 9pm. Only motorcycles will be permitted to park,
entering from the east and parking on the south side of
7th Avenue. Please remember, alcohol consumption is not
permitted in the streets, however will be permitted at
the Cuban Club and Coyote Ugly as well as other Ybor
City restaurants, bars and clubs.

Brad Cooper Gallery
will be featuring motorcycle themed artwork from Lory
Lockwood September 10-18, 2004.
"Originated in 1984,
Brad Cooper Gallery specializes in contemporary art by
established, mid-career and emerging artists from the
U.S. and abroad. Our original goal, still true today,
was to identify and exhibit under valued artists,
enhance their careers and collaborate to build their
market. Many artists who began with the gallery were
given their first solo shows and continue to exhibit. In
1990, in need of additional space, we relocated from the
south of town to a larger facility in Tampa’s Historic

CENTRO YBOR
Classic, cool, Centro… Featuring shopping,
dining and entertainment in the heart of Historic Ybor
City. Hours of operation: Friday & Saturday - 11am-12am,
Sunday - 12pm-8pm.
CUBAN CLUB
The Circulo de Cubano de Tampa - the original
social club for Cuban immigrants is once again alive and
thriving thanks to an infusion of youth by way of the
Krewe of Mambi. Today, this historical landmark is open
to the public and to people of all ethnic and cultural
backgrounds who are interested in the preservation of
Tampa Bay's Latin heritage! Join us Friday and Saturday
night (September 10-11, 2004) after 9pm at the Cuban
Club for the flavor of Ybor - featuring live
entertainment, drinks, food and fun. It's sure to be the
happening place in Ybor City! Located at 2010 Avenida
Republica de Cuba at the southwest corner of Palm Avenue
and 14th Street (also known as Avenida Republica de
Cuba); Bike Fest Hours of operation: Friday & Saturday -
9pm-2:30am.
COYOTE UGLY
Coyote Ugly is one of the most famous bars in
the United States. The Saloon features a mixture of
beautiful girls, booze, body shots and fun! Located at
1722 E. 7th Avenue; Hours of operation (Bike Fest):
5pm-3am (Friday & Saturday).
