Guavaween, the Halloween event of the year, returns to Ybor City, Tampa's historic Latin district.  For over twenty years, the mythical Mama Guava has led her loyal band of revelers in an effort to take the 'bore' out of Ybor!'  Her success is evident in their satirical, unique and zany march down 7th Avenue each Guavaween!  The stumble is open to everyone so be sure to join Mama and her costumed revelers!  Reflect your sense of humor, sarcasm and mockery, because only at Guavaween can you win $1,000 for having the best display - all entries will be judged based on originality.  Please note: only entries which represent this year’s parade theme "I See a Great Party in Your Future" will be considered for prize money.

In order to participate, you must complete the following entry.  Be creative - your display may also reflect current events or the horrors of Halloween!  See you at Guavaween!

The parade takes place beginning at 8:00 p.m.  The parade route is as follows:

• Parade starts at 7th Avenue & 20th Street
• Moves west on 7th Avenue to 14th Street
• Moves north on 14th Street to 9th Avenue
• Moves East on 9th Avenue for Disbanding
• Disbands at 9th Avenue & 19th Street

All Entries Are Judged Based on Originality!
